There were almost no pros. While the design people were talented they completely ignored the customers requirements in deference to their own egos. It doesn't pay to be too cool for school.
Cons:
Complete lack of project management skills, strategy, and just plain know how.
Other Thoughts:
Our project was a disaster and there was zero concern about customer satisfaction. iSearch recommended people who were incompetent for the project.
